One will never get rid of thoughts. They will always come and go dancing through one’s mind like a soft gentle stream or a torrent raging storm. Thoughts are not good or bad they are simply vapor with no substance until one begins holding one long enough until some kind of form unfolds into manifestation. It is here one begins attaching some idea around the thought where some kind of meaning is started. What is the meaning is up to the individual who is experiencing the thought. What might mean to one person may not mean a thing to me. It is not that one is wrong from what thought one is carrying. It is simply what one is choosing from what is understood in the moment one is in their experience with the thought. Our thoughts were never meant to be made real. Our thoughts were simply for our experience in our co-creating with Life. Who we are is Love Beyond Measure. It is in one’s thoughts that bring forth a contrast to which one is not so one may experience who one truly is. This sounds a little twisted until one truly takes a step back and begins noticing what is being thought about. Can thoughts be controlled? Now that is a question.

I know from my own personal experiences my thoughts can be calmed down to a low hum. It is not always easy with all the outer conflicts coming from so many directions during the course of my day, but there is a place within me that rests totally in Peace. This Peace is my True Nature. Where I find this sacred place is in the space between my thoughts. As my thoughts come and go I allow them to go as they please. I place my attention on the space between the thoughts for that is where my Peace lies. This is called Witnessing, Observing, Watching, or whatever one chooses to call it. Wherever I find myself in this space I am to know it is enough. For it is in the knowing it is enough I am giving myself the space for myself to grow into and deepen my awareness. When I question how still can I possibly get all I have to do is take a look at Nature expanding out all around me to see how the Stillness waits for me to step into at anytime.
